Janesville City Manager Mark Freitag shared his views on the budget and the importance of the upcoming vote on November 4th to the city as the issue of the road repair financing will be decided.
Marcia Galvan came to speak about Housing 4 Our Vets, a non profit she runs with her husband. Housing 4 Our Vets provides transitionary housing for veterans. Marcia also shared the information about the GoFundMe account where over $12,000 was raised for Lexie Seaver, a local resident who is battling brain cancer.
Dan Slick, a retired elementary school teacher, came to talk about People's Climate Lobby and the work they do persuading the lawmakers nationwide of the importance of addressing climate change.
